How to synch patients:
Login while ONLINE
Schedule screen, Three dots, Synch Schedule. (You can synch today's schedule and tomorrow's schedule)
Synching an individual chart – click the phone icon on the far right (Do not click the patient's name, click on the phone).

Legend for Phone icon on right:
- Empty phone= you need to sync.
- Green check = this chart is synched
- yellow circle= Patients with unsynchronized data have a yellow phone icon

Login workflow
- check the checkbox "Log in offline" (You can only do this if you have already synched your schedule while online)

Switching between online and offline:
If you are offline and then you get a cell connection, tap the orange banner at the top to get reconnected in online mode. You will be prompted for your FaceID/Password.
If you were online, and then you lose your connection, you must tap the red banner at the top to continue in offline mode.

When you get back online there is a “Synch center” screen that automatically comes up for a split second and synchs the charts that need to be updated. IE this is what synchs over any time/miles you had entered. You must then Synch Remote client to get the Time/Miles in Remote.

Viewing appointment notes:
The workflow is different (it used to be tap and hold)
The appointment notes appear in the down arrow button

This is controlled by a security point in the Rover ECL Sec pt 72-Offline mode is added to:

ERRORS
Issue: Patient name is gray on schedule, "Synch Details" error: "The selected encounter was not downloaded, so it cannot be opened while working offline."
Solution: User needs to connect to rover while online, and synch their schedule. Then they access the visit while offline.
Error: Login Failure, internet connection appears to be offline.
This can happen if the user did not synch their schedule. To fix, the user needs to have a cell connection, synch their schedule, and then they will be able to login offline.

Red icon next to patient name. This icon indicates the sync failed to the phone. The user should be able to click the icon and try to sync again.
