SmartUpdate folder general info

When the UW runs a smart update, they email us the LQU ID. This ID is in the name of the HHMaster file that is sent over through MoveIt to Agrace.

We need both the zipped file and the unzipped file. Both of those files need to be in the location at Agrace: \\uwhealth\unc1\Epic\EpicRemoteClient\SmartUpdate

The name of the folder is very important. There is a system setting in Epic that determines the smart update file path. This file path exists at the UW. At Agrace, Dick had created the file structure so it mirrors the UW structure.

These files build up over time. Only the last few versions are really needed. Over time we may want to remove old versions.

These files are critical for home care, users will not be able to login to Remote without these.
