Downtime Census files

Once a day files are transferred to Agrace at 7AM. These files can be used as a back up in case Epic is down.

Excel file of hospice census: "I:\Epic Downtime Census\PROD\Epic Downtime Census-ALL.csv"

This file does have the Triage code info.

There is also an excel list of hospice referrals and Palliative care referrals

The "Epic Print" folder is a PDF file that has a lot more details about our patients, includes care plans, med lists etc
