Epic Remote - Training and Playground Citrix

Agrace deviates from the standard / Epic recommended setup for Training and Playground environments because we have chosen to control the environments via the Citrix setup versus via the SmartUpdate and remote startup parameters. Remote databases are moved and deleted via the Citrix logon and logoff routines.

EHR creates database files for the Training/Playground environment

Create a C:\HHDatabase\PLY or C:\HHDatabase\ACE1 folder.
Copy the default databases from the version install folder (EPIC\...\en-US\Databases) to the folder created in step 1.
Copy the EpicDBUpdateNN.exe from version install folder (EPIC\...\Shared Files) to the folder created in step 1.
Run EpicHHDBUpdate.exe and select all tables to update.
Open the updated HHMaster.MDB and uncheck the entry in SmartUpdate table.

Move the Database files to \\msnarchive1\citrixepichhmaster$

Setup within Citrix environment.

Citrix server needs to have the appropriate Epic Remote version installed.
Citrix server needs the appropriate .env added through the Client Configuration.exe
Citrix Epic Remote needs to be setup with the epic remote program with DBPATH= parameter and Startup folder.
