Remove these following training questions on the Agrace CSAR under the access options for "Health Link Access" (can be seen on any RITMs listed below for HL access):

Remove boxes for:

• Expected date of training Completion (if Applicable)

Change 2)

Under the access options for "Health Link Access" under "Primary Health Link Security Template" (example RITM1064964)

When Template AGHSPC CNA [T11000001] is selected, the "SnapBoard Team Color(s) Multi-Select" question appears, this is no longer needed and should be removed. Additionally, because this is being removed, no task is needed to route to the Cadence team for this answer.

Note: This box only appears for the selection of the AGHSPC CNA [T11000001]

Under the access options for "Health Link Access" under "Primary Health Link Security Template" (Example RITM1018846/TASK1370153)

When template AG INPATIENT/PALLIATIVE CARE/HOSPICE NP W ONE CLICK [T11000015] is selected, once Systems Security (HL) closes their task a task is routed to the Cadence team. In the Cadence team description box, please fix spelling error from "ass" to "as" and correct spelling for "necessary"

Provide Subgroup/Snapboard and NP One Click access ass neccessary.

Add The following section options under "UW Health Systems Access" "Acudose", when Acudose is selected one of these options listed below MUST be selected. (example of current task notification for Acudose RITM1057211/TASK1417020)

• Agrace Med Pass CNA

• Agrace CNA

• Agrace nurse manager

Currently when Acudose is selected, once Systems Security closes their task as completed, a task is routed to the Acudose group, which needs to continue. However, we would like the Short Description in the Acudose task to indicate which item from the selection above added to the Acudose (group) task. An example of what we are thinking on the Acudose task would be " Acudose Access - <user name> -Agrace Med Pass CNA - Agrace CSAR" .If this cannot be completed, please add this comment into the Acudose Description box on their task. Please let me know how this will function or if you have questions.
