Rover Share phone screen

How a user could share their phone screen to get Epic support for the Rover app.

Send the user a Teams meeting invitation

User has to do these steps:

Please tap the Teams app on your phone

Select the “Calendar” tab

Ask the user to join the teams meeting on their calendar
Select the three dots

Select Share

Share Screen

Start Broadcast

There is an Epic security point 12-Prerelease testing that is needed for the user. Otherwise you get a black screen and a message asking to stop recording or mirroring.
