Process for new client pack (Remote client monthly software update)
1) RA is sent from Epic
2) UW approves the RA during an RA call
3) Message sent from uwhmoveit@uwhealth.org to Agrace Healthlink Updates to notify us that there is a new update.
Subject: Home Health client available - RA6954 - CP003
4) Joy creates a Fresh service ticket to document the testing.
5) Nova notes (Release notes) for changes are assigned to Agrace pool (on Epic user web)
6) UW Technical team installs RA in POC/TST. The install status is on Epic user web-> sherlock-> RA
7) UW Home health team runs smart update for the new client pack and sends a notification email when it's ready
8) The Move It job transfers the client pack file from the UW to Agrace & it is transferred to this location: \\msnarchive1\itstore\SmartUpdate\Supack\HomeHealth
9) Joy manually copy/pastes the file and moves it here : \\msnarchive1\itstore\SmartUpdate\Supack
10) Joy installs the new client pack on a test laptop.
11) Joy reviews and tests nova notes.
12) Joy does general testing of workflows Admission, RN charting, scheduling, meds, Discharge, MSW, Bereavement etc. Client Pack Test plan - Remote client / Rover | Knowledge Base | Help Desk (agrace.org)
13) Joy puts in a Routine change management ticket for the Downtime on the 3rd Thursday. IT will send out an email notification to the end users about the downtime on the 3rd thursday.
14) RA gets approved for PROD at RA call and installed in PROD usually the 3rd Thursday of the month ~2am
15) UW HH Runs full smart update
16) Joy notifies Mike/Andy that there is a new CP via email. Send the location, date it will need to be pushed out.
17) Joy will put in a Routine change management ticket for the CP, and assign it to Andy. Attached change management training guide.
18) Agrace IT Team sends out client pack to end users on Tuesday. (Assuming users are given 5 days to take the Full update, this is a setting in the smart update).
19) Joy to verify that the CP has gotten pushed out. Grab one of Deb's old test laptops.

Manually install CP (Step #10)
navigate to
\\msnarchive1\itstore\SmartUpdate\Supack\<version>
Copy the folder for the correct version and paste it onto the C drive for your computer.
On your C Drive, double click InstallMSP Application
Put in your admin account (IE jmadmin) and approve the DUO MFA request on your Agrace phone.
Install client pack
Next button
Path to new client pack, click *** and point to the folder of the new CP Number
Validate button
Next, Run now
