Rover System defs is shared with Haiku & UW - do not edit.
Security settings:
EMP template -> Mobile Apps _> Rover ECL
EMP user -> Login type Rover
A CSAR would be needed to update Login Type if user has 2 jobs (Example: Please put a Login Type of "Rover" next to the job AGHSPC CNA (EMP item 1115). That is the only change needed for this ticket. This is needed because this user has 2 templates and the one associated with the Rover login needs to be AGHSPC CNA. )
User must have EpicCare Security point #15-Charting to be able to edit encounters in Rover.
Rover Summary report:
Setting is in Agrace Service Area profile, this report is shared with Haiku users to NP/MD users.

How to setup Test environments POC and TST on Agrace phone
Error at top of app says: “No environments configured”
User must click a link on their phone (if the configuration is not configured in the MDM)
Forward this link to your phone and click on this link on the phone.
Rover POC/TST: (You do not need to send UW Install ID)
https://epicproxy-test.hosp.wisc.edu/RoverExtEnv
Haiku PROD: (Must send UW install ID)
https://epicproxy.hosp.wisc.edu/PrdEnv/Haiku/list
Haiku POC / TST (Must send UW Install ID)
instructions for accessing Haiku POC:
Settings > Epic Haiku > update Server and Path to the following:
Server: epicproxy-test.hosp.wisc.edu
Path: HaikuProxy-POC
They might need to resend me the install ID from that environment if it is different from the one in production. Also I believe the TST environment has the same Server setting but the Path would be HaikuProxy-TST.
(User must also have Haiku/Canto listed as a login type in their EMP template if their user has multiple templates.)
Rover PROD (server and Path entered into the Settings app on the individual phone.

Patient list Default:
To prep your patient list, you can add a default my list this way it will show up easier on the phone. If you do not do this step, you will see it is more difficult to view your caseload on the phone. Steps to add your caseload in Rover
Setup your My List (ONLY NEEDED 1 TIME)
- Login to UW Citrix
- Login to Hyperspace as your RN user
- Go to Patient Lists. (Epic button -> Patient Care -> Patient Lists)
- On the lower left corner under Available lists, expand the Home Care Caseload folder
- RIGHT click on the caseload people icon and choose Send To -> My Patients
- Now when you login to the Rover app you will see your Home Care caseload as your default list
This file shows you the Epic server version, Rover version, and minimum IOS version for the future releases. So Spring 2022 upgrade requires 9.9 and at least IOS 12.

In the EMP record, related group 85200 holds the information on the mobile application login. If you look at EMP item 85202, you will find the Mobile Last Login Device ID. If you search Record View for the LWS and past the device ID in the search you should be able to find the workstation record. In LWS item 85001 you will be able to see the version of the mobile application.
I should also mention that I think you also probably can report on this via the MDM, if that is how you manage devices (but I’m not sure if that’s something you have access to or not).
Thanks,
-Michael

This is a curiosity question, how do you see a user’s Rover version in Epic in the record viewer? I didn’t see it saved in the EMP. Is it somewhere I can see it on my end? Like if we get a support call can I look up this info in Epic hyperspace somewhere?
Thank you!
